REGISTRATION FEES

  • Early Bird registration on or before 8 August: £192 plus VAT @ 20%  = £230.40
  • Standard registration after 8 August: £217 plus VAT @ 20%  = 260.40
  • Student registration: £95 plus VAT @ 20%  = £114.00

Student proof will be required on booking in the form of a student card or a letter from your tutor or head of department confirming your student status. Only a limited number of student places are available.

Discounted Registration Deal:
Pay for two full registrations and receive additional registrations at a discounted rate!

Please note that the Discounted Registration package will only apply to delegates from the same organisation and provided all registrations are sent and received at the same time.

Payment
All registration fee payments must be made inclusive of VAT.  An official VAT receipt/confirmation of booking will be issued to all registrants.

Payment should be made in advance of the Conference by one of the following methods: Mastercard/Visa/Amex. No other credit cards can be accepted.  Cheques or Bankers’ Drafts should be drawn on a UK bank account in pounds sterling only and made payable to “Congrex UK Ltd / VAC 2013”.

Cancellation
Notification of cancellations must be sent, in writing, to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations will be accepted up to and including 5 September 2013 with a refund of all fees except for an administration fee of 15%. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date. Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time.

Insurance
The registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness, cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.

Confirmation and Further Instructions
Confirmation of registration will be sent to delegates whose payment has been received. In addition, further instructions will be sent out in September 2013, by email, to assist you with your visit to London.  Please ensure you submit your email address when registering.

Data Protection
Your name, company and email address will be contained in the full list of participants, available to all delegates, sponsors and exhibitors. If you do not wish to have your name included, please indicate on the registration form.
